When both the parties failed to settle the matters on their own, the banker issued a legal notice by Dubai’s leading advocate firm and Advocate Abdullah Al Nasser (Chairman Ara’a Group Advocates & Legal Consultants) took charge of this incident. The hotel, whose identity has been kept hidden, was fined about Dh50M on account of careless service and the discomfort the banker had to experience.
